HOW CAN I log into my account?
Step 1: Go to the website https://school.melissacoppel.com and log in.
Step 2: Find int the right top corner the link “Login” and click it.
Step 3: Enter your credentials, or click “Forgot Password” to reset your password. For migration process we recommend the “Forgot Password”. You will then be redirected to your account information.
Step 4: To see your course library, click “My Courses” in the top right corner of the page or browse by categories with the top menu. And Voilà!

HOW CAN I CHANGE OR RECOVER MY ACCOUNT PASSWORD?
Step 1: Go to the school website and log in.
Step 2: Now, click “Forgot password.”
Step 3: Enter your email and follow the instructions.
Step 4: Check your inbox or spam folder and follow the steps to change your password with the link we will send you.
Step 5:You can also email us at school@melissacoppel.com and we will help you reset your password.

HOW CAN I FIND ANY COURSE USING OUR UPDATED SEARCH PAGE?
Step 1: Log in and click “My courses” in the top right corner of the page. You will be redirected to the full class/recipes search library.
Step 2: On the left, you will see our “filters” bar, where you can sort all our courses by category, keyword, chef, or course type.
Step 3: If you want to buy a new class or recipe, untick the box “My courses” on the left menu. This will let you see the classes that you don’t have in your library yet. You can tell when you’ve already purchased a class because instead of “Buy course,” you will see “View” under it.
Step 4: Browse through our collection and click on “Buy course.”
Fill in all your payment details and click “Submit order.”

HOW CAN I FIND ANY COURSE USING THE DROP-DOWN MENU IN THE MAIN PAGE?
Step 1: Log in into your account. In the drop-down menu on the main page, you will find two sections: “Classes” and “On-demand.”s/recipes search library.
Step 2: Click on the course type you’re looking for (recipes, classes, e-books, guest chefs, online-live, or hands-on).
Step 3:You will be redirected to that category’s library. You can tell which classes you’ve already purchased because instead of “Buy course,” you will see “View” under it.
Step 4: Browse through our collection and click on “Buy course.”
Fill in all your payment details and click “Submit order.”

HOW CAN I WATCH AND ACCESS ALL MY COURSE CONTENT?
Step 1: Log in and brwose the course you want to start watching.
Step 2: To watch the class video, click on the class picture. The recording will start to play automatically.
Step 3: Scroll down to find the recipe book and tools list under the “Files section.” Also you will find all the Chef information and Bio.
Step 4:Finally, rate the class and leave a comment or question at the bottom of each course page!

HOW CAN I CHANGE/UPDATED MY BILLING INFORMATION AND PAYMENT METHOD?
Step 1: Log in the top right corner of the page. You will be redirected to the user profile page. If you’re already logged in, you can click “Profile” on the top search bar, and you will be taken to your account information.
Step 2: There, you can update your details, billing address, shipping address, or subscription information by clicking the “Update” button next to each category.
Step 3: Find under “Subscriptions” your active susbcription and click in “Update Billing Details” and enter your new card information.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Step 1: Log in the top right corner of the page. You will be redirected to the user profile page. If you’re already logged in, you can click “Profile” on the top search bar, and you will be taken to your account information.
Step 2: Scroll down to the “Subscriptions” section.
Step 3:To cancel your subscription, click “Cancel” under “Action.”.
Step 4: Finally, click “Cancel membership.”

HOW CAN I TELL IF I ALREADY BUY A COURSE OR IS INCLUED IN MY SUBSCRIPTION PLAN?
Step 1: After you log in, if you see “View” course, this means it’s already in your library.
Step 2: If under a class, the button says “Buy Course,” that’s how you can tell you haven’t bought it yet.
