You will find new recipes and classes each month! We post new classes or recipes every two weeks, on average.

With this service, Chef Melissa will personally:

  • Analyze 5 of your own confectionery and chocolate recipes per year, which are included in your VIP subscription.
  • Test your products using your ingredients (or alternatives available in the U.S.).
  • Measure your confection’s AW with our AQUALAB 4TE meter, one of the best on the market.
  • Give you formulation advice to help you sell products with the quality, texture, and presentation you want.

Your first 5 consultations are free as they are included in your yearly VIP subscription. However, if you would like Chef Melissa to test more recipes, she will be happy to help you with as many as you need!
These extra consultations will have an additional cost, which will be determined by Chef Melissa based on the complexity and number of services you require.
