From his early days in local bakeries to leading one of the world’s most prestigious chocolate institutions, Alberto’s path has been defined by a relentless pursuit of excellence. His formal journey took a major leap forward at the Etoile School, followed by a transformative introduction to the world of chocolate in Cortina. After honing his skills across Italy’s luxury hospitality scene and working alongside renowned chef Stefano Laghi, Alberto found his professional home at Barry-Callebaut. Since 2010, he has evolved from a Technical Advisor to a founding pillar of the Milan Chocolate Academy, where he has served as Director since 2019.
