Warren Hsu
Warren Hsu is the Founder and CEO of Fu Wan Chocolate, Taiwan’s leading Tree-to-Bar brand established in 2014. A former chef, he transformed Taiwanese cacao into internationally acclaimed fine chocolate. Fu Wan has won over 300 international awards and, in 2024, became the first from Taiwan recognized by "Le Guide du Club des Croqueurs de Chocolat". Widely regarded as the “NASA of the chocolate world,” he champions terroir-driven craftsmanship, connecting land, sustainability, culture, and soul through chocolate.
