It’s been a remarkable journey, from humble beginnings operating in the farmer’s markets outside the San Francisco Ferry Building, to a current bustling operation shipping across the country to a fanbase of devotees.
In addition to leading the Recchiuti brand, Michael has been an advisor to countless other endeavors, culinary and otherwise, supporting projects in the worlds of chocolate, music and recently even space travel.
