Nicoll Notter
Head Chef, Chocolate Academy New York
Son of two pastry chefs, Nicoll was introduced to the pastry industry at an early age. At age 21, Nicoll competed in and won Pastry Chef of the Year for the United States; the youngest person yet to win the competition. And his accomplishments just kept growing from there.
In 2020 Nicoll and the Swiss team won 1st place in La Coupe d’Europe, which took place in Paris.
Just one year later, Chef Notter received the Eco Responsible award at the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie for his work with Arnaud Dousse and Antoine Chopin.
This incredible streak would continue in 2022, when Frevo, the restaurant in Manhattan where Nicoll was working as a pastry chef at the time, was awarded its first Michelin star.
He is currently the head chef for the New York Chocolate Academy.
